Castle McCulloch, The Crystal Gardens & Gem Panning

The castle is a restored gold refinery on the National Register of Historic Places. Built in 1832 and restored in mid-1980, the castle is a granite structure with a drawbridge, moat and 70-foot tower. Visitors can enjoy seasonal activities, and tours.
